I think it's crossing the idea of a corndog (a hot dog dipped in cornmeal batter and fried on a stick) with breakfast. People will often eat pancakes and sausages for breakfast together, so someone obviously thought they would taste nice on a stick together. Having never eaten a sausage, I can't say whether it actually tastes good or not, but I understand how the concept could come about and why people would eat it.
I see what you mean - yeah people eat them on the same plate, but most people don't fork the a piece pancake and sausage together and eat them?! See pancake is sweet, especially with the blueberry or chocolate or whatever flavour, but then sausage is salty! The outside of a corndog is very mildly salty. And I'm not even talking now health of a 'breakfast' this is going to be... Speaking of corndogs - I love the selection of veggie food here better, all the quorn stuff, but I miss Morningstar corndogs haha! XD
I think my sister said she could find some Quorn in the US. What kind of Quorn stuff do you have ther? Yes, the mini corndogs, the normal corndogs... yummmm... Haha thanks for the thought anway! XD
We have the nuggets, the grilled filet, the breaded, the one with the herbs and garlic, one with cheese in it, and I think that is all..Delaware doesn't have much when I was in Philly I could get any veggie stuff I wanted (and the veggie chinese food in Chinatown is the best) I basically live off the morningstar nuggets though but my bf will actually eat the corndogs although he finds them a little on the dry side.
