wow, it was a weekend. eliminate the wow from the previous sentence and thats my weekend in a nutshell.
friday...i danced in the dance show!!! WHOOOO...oh wait, no? haha. whatever. i was not excited to do it, but i had to, and i think i made the best of it and i was glad after it was done, because, well...i need to step out of my realm of comfort a little more. that night after the show was really stupid.
saturday i had a swim meet. before saturday id made up my mind that hate swimming, because i was angry at myself for doing poorly. our meet was stressful and i had to swim four events, but i came in second three times and first in the backstroke (and i dropped 7 seconds!) so, now i dont hate swimming. i remembered why i do it, and obviously i didnt hate it that much if all it took me like it again was doing decently in one meet.
saturday night i saw ella. we did some girls bonding at alicias. we free styled after watched 8 mile, ate ice cream, and wore huge pink granny underwear (okay, when i say we, i mean me)
today i started christmas shopping with hannah in the old port. i had no money so i just got my sister a teapot and hannah treated me to lunch at flat breads. then we watched "but im a cheerleader." weird, but good. it raised some interesting points about homosexuality.
anyway, its winter. i thought i was going to die in the snow on the way home from hannahs. ive already counted on a snowday. only pussies do homework on a snow day eve. c'mon guys, put down your books. live dangerously... (like me...oh wait, all i do is frink tea and knit...ever. sometimes i read nerdy books too...please, someone tell me, when did i get so cool)
i dont usually recap my days in my livejournal anymore. sorry for those i've bored, and to those who were wondering what ive been doing, you know more than you need to now.
