it's 20 minutes outside of philadelphia- actually like 10 or 15 minutes from becca which is just sort of an odd coincidence.

yes yes, do visit! there is a really quick and easy bus that leaves from south station like every hour and comes straight to portland AND they show a movie... but yeah so my house is open to you both!!
