so across from the theatre is the admissions office, which has a parking lot attached. The signs say "visitors only 8am-8pm, towing enforced" on my first day at said theatre, the director told me to park in that lot, because there was no towing or ticketing over the summer.
last night at 11:30 i got to my car to find out it was gone.
Wander around campus to find there little dinky campus police office...who know nothing about why it was towed, but gave me a # to call...burly man says it's $125 for towing and i couldn't get it back till tomorrow...which then changed to an additional $75 to pick it up tonight...he then had to tow a broken down car out of the way for me to manuever my car out of the spot his boss blocked it in to...because his boss had taken the keys home to the tow truck he blocked it in with.
and finally, in my haste to get my ass home before i fell asleep at 1:30am i got a speeding ticket for going 27 over...$190 and 2 points or court.
got home around 2:30am.
amazing how fast your money flies from your hands. that was 2/3 of my paycheck for the show. (the other third probably already gone in gas money and food.)
