I loved several lines, such as "waited as impatiently as possible" and Gene's thoughts wondering if antsy and wound up is how Sam feels all the time. I get special fan points for figuring out Vic Tyler was behind this, though! And I adored that you let Chris be the 'smack down' man. Awww.

Muahaha. You cut down on the angst, even though it was beautifully angsty smut, so I had to up the ante to make up for it. So really, this is all just your fault, isn't it? (*Looks for someone to blame other than herself*)

I was freaking out, internally, when right away you thought it was Vic. I thought I had made it too blatantly obvious but I'll just say it's because you're clever. ;) So yes, bonus points for you.
