Oh, to wake up and find yorself strapped down to a bed isn't good, but then to realize why...

Gene's reaction was wonderful, almost seeing someone he cares for go down that road again.

Ray taking the initiative to be there when Sam woke was nice, covering by saying Gene wanted it was great.
