Oh no I'm choking up.

I joined the party around halfway through, in October 2012... but I'd stumbled upon the comm a month or two prior, in dire need of fic after finishing series 2 of the show within just 3-4 days (I was holding back). Since then, my life has changed profoundly. At the time I was doing my undergrad in Germany and didn't really know what I was going to do with my life; watching LoM, I fell in love with Manchester, which is where I live now, doing my postgrad, and I've found a good direction to take my life to. I met Fern, and we've been formally together for close to 2 years now. The meet-up we did in 2014 will forever be one of my dearest memories (COME ON MEN!!). Not to mention how much I grew as an artist, thanks to the encouragements I received on this comm.

It's been wonderful on here. I too want to say thank you for all the beautiful memories. I may not have been here for as long as some other members, but the comm has still shaped my life in significant ways, and I won't ever forget that.

Here's to a fresh start on Dreamwidth indeed. ♥
