ARTATHON 2014: Space Cowboys, White Cortina, for Blue_sparkels, by philipcracker

Note: My first go ever at Artathon is for blue_sparkels, and I chose "Sam/Gene, Space AU, supernatural/fantasy elements?". I wanted to go for a "movie poster" sorta thing, with a mesh of Firefly and space-y android-y something. After a considerable amount of drafts and day dreaming (plus heavy drinking and rolling on the bedroom floor), I finally landed on this :))) I hope you like it *hugs*

p.s. Dear, blue_sparkels, I'm pretty confident I went really far from your actual request and I'd like to apologize.. There is nothing Supernatural/Fantasy about this now, is there??!! It's just one huge shameless sci-fi space travel, which I evidently love way too much... I've failed so hard... Next time I promise that I will stick to the actual prompt and I won't get carried away at wrap factor 8 like this time.
p.p.s. To compensate my pathetic colouring skills, I tried to make the drawing as detailed as possible aaaand threw in some cheeky blinkin lights :P
