I still think this is such a fantastic concept and, yeah, headcanon, sure (if I have to even kind of admit that Sam Williams was real XD The end of the series is a mess, and this goes a long way into mAKING WILLIAMS WORK). The writing is really brilliant, the flow is great, your style carries it all so neatly along. I love how Sam (Williams, that is) has focus at the beginning but he really just goes out and out mad as the story progresses.

So even in this impossible time in the future, the doctors are prone to medical misconduct. As the drugs course through Sam's body, burning like fire and ice and acid, setting his mind aflame and threatening to shatter it into a thousand pieces, he screams and groans and yells, cursing everything and everyone, sobbing senselessly, thrashing about in this pandemonium of colours and sounds, worlds spinning and pitching and unhinging him completely.

And no one notices. None of it translates to his body, to any of his two bodies.

Tyler can't possibly feel the same things, and Sam hates him for it, hates him, despises him, wants him more than dead.

NGGGGGGHHHHH yes. My favourite part is probably the entire but with 2x05, because just, OH YES. Though I'm almost touched by his concerns in 2x06:

This is a private moment, and for all his now ever-present thoughts of revenge and hatred, he thinks it is somewhat sad that the man Maya thinks she's addressing isn't even here, isn't really him. It feels like he's imposing on something.

There are some points in this where you almost make me feel sorry for him, but no, I don't like him at all XD His entire concept was wobbly. This, though, really was a great look at him, at pulling him apart, at making him make sense.

The end? Is STUNNING. It hurts hard, just the way it should. His existence in this world is over and done with. I love the exchange of one life for an another. Some of these things I've probably said already, but whatever, reiterating XD I love the chaos and the panic and how Williams is SO DESPERATE TO END THIS BEFORE SAM ENDS IT FOR HIM. And he doesn't even get that.

So. Seems I liked this fic a bit. Ha. Glad I could help you get it put together, it really was a delight to see it in progress <33333

;__; Dana.

I'm mentally exhausted from writing this fic, but know that your comment means so so much to me. I just wanted to make his concept work for my own benefit, but knowing that it works for others is just... it makes me incredibly happy.

Just... thank you. ♥
