Haha, someone on the forum apparently had the same idea and said that John and Phil must have had a bet which ended with Phil doing a play and John attending a convention, LOL. I wonder who won then?? - I'd say, the fans! (And the banks, because of the overseas fans who need to take up mortgages to go see them all the time...)

I can't buy tickets, unfortunately, as overseas sales are closed already. Hope I'll be able to go and still get a photoshoot!

I reckon it was a bet placed while drunk in some bar after one of Simm's ace performances on stage;

Phil smirks and tips his pint glass at John, "You'd never do a fan convention Simm!"

John shakes his head and wonders why the world's spinning, "Bet I would! Anyway, least I've got the rollox to get my arse on stage in front of people, chicken"

Phil growls and nearly spills half his pint, "Alright smarty pants, you do London Comic-Con, I'll go do a play and we'll see which one of us gets the most pretty girls asking for a photo!"

"You're on!"

They chink glasses and wake up in the morning, wondering which alternate universe and strong liquor made them agree to that dumb idea!
