Happy (belated) Sixth Anniversary to Lifein1973! For a long time this comm was my home on the internet, and I still visit most days to see what’s going on. It was this comm and its wonderful members which got me into writing and into the whole concept of online fandom. I created my LJ account specifically to post and comment here. My first ever fic was Gene/Sam, written for this community and beta’ed by the brilliantly helpful lozenger8, who gave me a lot of useful tips about writing. (Thank you Loz, for that and for the amazing work you continue to do as a Mod!)
I’ve been racking my brains for weeks for something to post today, but the muse appears to have deserted me entirely. Luckily, however, courtesy of the Radio Times, I bring a piece of news instead - Twenty All-Time Great Endings!
The staff of Radio Times magazine have put together a shortlist of “The Best TV Series Endings Ever” and both Life on Mars and Ashes to Ashes are in there!
It’s going to be a very difficult choice - Blackadder Goes Forth, The Office and M*A*S*H are all in there, along with some very famous endings I haven’t actually seen. Do go and have a look at the list, and get voting!
