It had seemed like a good idea at the time, getting Sam drunk and willing. It was funny and surprising to note that he was a bit of a happy drunk, giggling away at whatever was told to him. Not exactly part of the plan, but workable. It made him agreeable after all. Not that rape was part of the plan either, no, more like a ... confession. The truth.

“Do you really like me, Sammy?” This was it.

Sam hiccupped “I love you, man...”

“... Woman.”

“Mhmmmm...”

It would have to do, Annie sighed as she patted Sam’s head.
