I like this. Not sure I understand it totally - am I meant to if phantom hands leave real marks? - it definitely messes with my brain. But I really like it.

OH I love this! Gene thinking Sam's mad but then getting rid of Crane in 2006 *lip wobbles* I realy love this because I can just picture the moment Gene realised Sam really was from the future and then immediately realised what else that meant *more lip wobbles*.

Really beautifully written and executed.

I squealed when I saw that you had taken my prompt. Loudly.

This is so clever and amazing and just the kind of hurt I was looking for. Gene getting things mixed up and thinking Sam raped that girl and ripping his pants down--heart in mouth.

I'm so glad you liked it! When I received the prompt I knew I wanted to use a canon bad guy, but not Warren, and I took it from there. It became a lot more twisted than I expected but I hope it works. I loved the prompt. :)
