This has come up in fandom, thanks to the OTW (which I personally support, but has generated some controversy):

And yes, it even has a page for Life on Mars that is mighty spartan. I honestly have not delved too deeply into this wiki project of OTW's but it could be a very good thing, research/history wise. Adding to the wiki is more work than I care to take on right now (still wrestling with Sam's fact sheet, people, jeeze!!!) but I thought some of you might want to participate.
