:) lovely.

"I'm your beard not your bitch" go Cindyloo!

and if you hadn't already won me over with Gene's history and (his logical explanation for the kiss) "I want to hold your hand" would have done it.

thank you. And after all a girl's got to have guidelines. The I wanna hold your hand bit - give me a pretty boy who can sing and admitted he liked the Beatles and at some point I will expect him to sing the Beatles. Glad you liked.

thank you. She's actually becoming one of my favorite characters to write. At first I thought it was just because I liked going to the forensics building but now she's grown on me and I don't know if I can give her up.

Yay another great chapter! :) Thanks for that bit of Gene's history. Sam is so adorable when he sings! XD Nice to see that they got things resolved, and Sam is actually growing a little(willing to let things go more instead of forcing the issue, and then it got resolved anyway!). I love Cynthia's reaction to the kiss and the whole "beard" thing. :D

thank you. I wasn't the one who originally decided that Gene did part of his national service in Palestine - I forget who did though. I think after that it sort of became this fanon thing that Gene had done time there helping the British force their fascination with straight lines onto the rest of the world. I'm glad you liked it. thank you for reading.
