Wow, this was fantastic! I'm so glad you wrote something for me. ♥

My favourite bit is definitely #5 (poor Chris, indeed!), but I have a soft spot for Sam's love of technology, so I find #1 and #4 very true, as well. Sam's beloved mobile would've needed a fic of its own (because Sam/Mobile = OTP), but the fact that the iPod is 'his second favourite toy' is pretty self-explanatory of what the first one is, isn't it? ;)

#2 was very sad, but I guess it was a widespread situation in those days. Poor June!

As for #3, I must admit I'm not exactly a Dan Brown fan, so I'm really glad Sam is stuck in 1973 now: it's the only way to avoid those horrible books! :P

All in all, great job, Dak! Thank you VERY MUCH for writing it. :)

Yes, Sam's #1 love is his mobile, but you're right, that would require a fic of its own!

And just to assure you, I'm not a Dan Brown fan, either. But Sam does mention in canon that he is (I forget which episode), and so I had to use it. :P

#1 is Sam's ipod #2 to his mobile or something else? Sorry my brain went a very naughty place there for a moment. #2 is really sad - especially since I just finished watching epi 2. #3 while I wouldn't miss Dan Brown I feel sorry that Sam can't spend his day trapped in a book. #4 was somethign I wouldn't have even thought of and it's brilliant. and #5 makes me want to wibble about Poor Chris.

Hopefully Sam will get over his Dan Brown loss, and read something a little more interesting.
