What a great ending, leaving it open for another meet up (just like all proper holiday romances "I promise to stay in touch, we'll see each other again...") and seeing Sam and Gene back in "work" mode. :D Lovely stuff!

That was a perfect ending. I loved seeing Gene and Sam back at work, and Sam revealing the "truth" to Annie.

This was a fantastic story and I know I'll be rereading all of it!

ok sorry been meaning to comment for a few but I've been trapped in that pretty visual you just supplied me. Man I wish I could draw more than stick figures now. As far as being a fungus - Jason might mind but Tad's a bit of a pineapple. Probably why in my mind he was definitely uke.
