Morgan's still the same creepy bastard playing with Sam's already fragile mind. That last line is wonderful. This particular line shows both sides of Gene at the same time:
“You’re one of my men, Tyler. I told you I protect my men. Now get in the ruddy car so we can get home.”

Now this is setting up an interesting question. In your story, is he really Sam Tyler from from 2006 or is he really Sam Williams from 1973? I just keep getting sucked in deeper and deeper.
