update
Jeez I have not been on here in a long time. But I do realize livejournal is one of the best places to write. So now on updates...
I am in Naperville Illinois. I am going to North Central College. The town is not for me. Its a very rich and non multi cultural suburb and everyone here runs. All the time, or works out. I am taking Sociology, Intro to Writing, and German. There all ok except I am struggling a bit in German. There are kids in there who have had 4 years of German in High School and they say it makes no difference. Yeah right.
I have joined many clubs and organizations: Gospel Choir, International Club, Focus, NCCReview, etc. They give me something to do all day. I need a job though. I owe $900 by November 22nd, and I don't have that at all. So maybe I'll be coming home for good at Christmas.
My sisters mom just got married on saturday. It was a small wedding but it was pretty much fun.
My roommate is from Japan. Her name is Chika and she is so sweet and nice. I hope we get along the rest of the year.
There really aren't too many people here I'm going to get along with. I'm talking like maybe 3 tops. College is just a more independent form of high school.
