Long weekend
A long weekend as usual is wasted by doing nothing useful.
Drinking vodka outdoors when the weather is chilly doesn't make you warm but does make you feel more cheerful about being outside in the cold. Although still shivering, you are able to joke and look enthusiastic about the idea of spending 3 hours in the park with the ghastly wind blowing.
Analyzed my work productivity last week by writing down every single task I've done during the day.
The results show clearly that by the end of the week the productivity decreases by 50%. Friday afternoon is the worst time - I might as well leave for the day right after 12 as nothing gets accomplished. Nothing. Feel kinda ashamed of myself. I'm wasting my life time there.
Went to the movies to watch The Age of Adaline. What a long and useless movie based on a boring and incredibly dull script! I can't imagine that this perfect idea of agelessness wouldn't be made into a passionate and filled with adventures thriller but instead has flopped so pathetically. So a lady gets a god's gift of being 29 forever and instead of using this gift, she decides to spend a century working in the library and hiding from people so no one would find out she's not able to age. Good for her but is it exciting for the movie viewers? Not at all. Being young and practically immortal, she could have at least traveled the world, or learned new trades, or met famous people, or had hundreds of romantic encounters, or participated in a war and tried to get killed if she had hated her immortal status so much as she implied in the movie.
Anyway, the movie wasn't good. The actress is very pretty though and not bad at acting. She could do much better in some other better movie.
