Why Is This ToS Different From All The Other ToSes?
I've seen several people saying that the language in FanLib's ToS is no different than the language in any other online service provider's ToS (specifically LJ's), and that's simply not true -- there are some provisions in FanLib's ToS that are very different, and very disturbing to my eyes.
