I love weddings!
Well - Margarita and I are off to New Zealand tomorrow! We've decided to leave the kids in Hawaii, as their school year's not out yet. I think I'll ask Emilie if she can watch over them - Jeffery's completely infatuated with her. I think he takes after his daddy in that sense.
Things with Margarita have been wonderful lately. I talked to her about Em and as it turns out - she's been sleeping with someone of her own - no strings attached. I don't know what it is about us that allows this situation to work - as fucked up as it is, but it does. And we're happy. Looking forward to a bit of alone time in New Zealand.
All this talk of weddings has gotten me thinking back to my own wedding. I was young, in love (and still very much am), with a beautiful bride and wonderful family. I truly am a blessed man.
I just hope that Dom and Billy end up with as good, if not better, deal than what I was given... though, it's hard to top. I love my family with my whole heart, as fucked up as we are.
Anyway. Got to go pack.
