so i am being sued... i guess. only this girl has no case
she paid me a non-refundable deposit on a REALLY dificult costume (Samus Aran armor from metroid). paid most of the deposit in cash, the rest as a gift on paypal. at the time i didn't have clients sign paperwork so there is really no proof that she ever even paid me for a costume, just that she gave me money for some reason. i freaking want to finish the damn costume, give it to her and never think about it again but she has decided she would rather take this to court and loose than actually get what she paid for. i am so confused and frustrated. now i have to hire an attourney and go to court to solve something that should be a non-issue. the whole reason she has a problem is because i am moving, her costume is packed up in my storage unit where it is safe and i was unwilling to go to the unit yesterday evening and dig it out. i told her i was moving and have kept her posted on progress so just... AAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHH!!!!! why?!?!
so fine. i will now deal with this on top of EVERYTHING else i am dealing with right now. september could not be over fast enough, i want a break. but hey, i will have an AWESOME costume to wear now i guess.
