When four slades are forced to accept the idea that there is a world outside of their own, do they dare try to escape? Do they even have enough of their old selves left to be able to?

The year is 4014 and the world is not how you know it. The lines that mark our states, countries, and continents have changed, the names we had given to them are long forgotten. There are no rulers, only wealthy. There is no freedom, just good birth rights. There would be no love; however, that cannot be taken away.
In this world, the wealthy run everything, slaves are the usual, and punishment is expected. Over the years, a new form of slave has been manufactured and produced. They are called slades.
A slade is is a type of slave that is trained for a different form of manual labor. In today's terms, a prostitute of sorts. They are taken as children, and trained with specific techniques for each child. They then become a sort of sex slave for whoever is lucky enough to purchase them. These slades can be molded to fit their masters' liking. They do what they are told, they act how their master pleases, and they never complain.
However, there are rules. Slades must be kept in 'humane' conditions. This includes a living space that meets the specific criteria, food, and hygiene. Slades, if purchased in pairs, must never form physical relations with each other. Once out of training, their body is strictly for their master's use only. Breaking this rule is punishable by death.
The most important rule; however, is that slades are to do anything and everything their master orders of them with out any hesitation.
For their training, the future slades are broken down, only to be built back up as a slade. Training consists of being kept from almost all human contact, so as to get them accustomed to being alone as most slades are purchased on their own. Once the slade stops fighting the idea that they are no longer a part of the 'free' world, the real training begins.
At random, unspecified times, slades are taken from their living quarters to their training sessions and are trained physically. In the beginning, this usually entails rape, as most of the time, slades will begin to fight it again once they realize exactly what they are expected to do. However, over time, it will become less forceful as the slades begin to lose hope. This is when the second stage of training begins.
In the second stage, the slades are expected to please their trainer on their own. The trainers are to not do anything to guide the slades nor help them. It is the slade who must do everything to successfully get their trainers to climax. When a slade can successfully accomplish this consistently, stage three of their training begins.
Once again, it is a form of getting their trainers to climax; however, they cannot touch their trainer. The slades need to learn how to be sexy, tempting, lustful, and desirable to the point that they can cause their masturbating trainer to climax without touching the him.
