Slow Week
This week has been SOOOOO slow so far. It's only Wednesday and I'm so tired. Only 7 more days left of work for the semester! Well, my kids had to take a benchmark test and they all failed. Greeeeaat! Well, I expected them to fail because they had to take an on level test that was too hard. Still, it made me feel bad.
I want a vacation and I'm not talking about to Michigan. I really want to go somewhere cool. I'm so jealous that John has got to do so much traveling lately.
Tomorrow I have behavior management training... BLAH! The teacher I teach with will be gone tomorrow AND Friday and she told me that I need to "Do something with them" Meaning her kids...NIIIIIIIIIIICE
Ok, I had one of my students come in to school the other day (He acts like a hard ass most of the time) So he comes in and he's crying. He says, "Mom and Dad said I'm not getting no Christmas presents" So I said, "Now, they are just kidding, you will get Christmas presents" He said, "No, I axed if I could put up our Christmas tree and they said what for, you ain't getting nothing for Christmas" Then I said again, "They are just kidding" and he said, "They told me to go to my room and find something from last year and put a bow on it and pretend it's for this Christmas". Classic parenting right there. Gotta love it. Doesn't everyone want my job?
