Also a song by the Smashing Pumpkins, the title fits the end of the school year and the beginning of summer and the best part of my life.
Ahhh, finally over. The agony of walking into pre calculus in the morning, seeing my annoying teacher, and worrying about messing up on daily tests and quizzes. Sleeping through chemistry, failing to understand the many lessons, and listening to the monotony that goes along with trying to learn. Dealing with preschool aged little terrors, being bored during lessons, and cleaning up after everyone. Falling asleep during boring movies, writing endless essays, taking notes, reading boring and difficult books, memorizing vocabulary and prefixes, and having my iPod taken away. All of this is all over (for at least 2 months).
I just realized after school yesterday during work that school was over. I just had this huge smile and was like, "yesssssssssss!" Warm weather, vacations, sleeping in, swimming, seeing marco, hanging out with friends, staying up, camping, singing (and/or swinging and/or kissing) in the rain, taking small road trips, going to the beach, I LOVE SUMMER!
So this summer has been officially kicked off with my first paycheck from Petsmart. Someone call me and let's go out!
