RIVER OF ETERNITY AND THE SEA
Review of the picture from the album G.P. Grabovoi "Manifestations of Eternity" (p. 123, volume 2)
In the picture, at first it seems that there is only water and sky, separated by a horizon. It would be too simple, therefore there is also a line of a watershed, or two seas, or a sea and a silver river, carrying the power of its Light into the darkness of the blue sea and to the viewer. One can begin to recall: at the first perception, was LIGHT such? It seems that there is more Light now, it has become stronger and has risen above the water - because there would be no such characteristic as soon as there is water and sky.
The color and light of the sky are changing, the clouds are starting to silver and are reflected in blue and turquoise-violet hues in the sea as if the bottom is beginning to be visible, even rather not the bottom, but the layering of the deep sea. The overflow of Light and the movement of the clouds, as it were, eject a pale blue ray into the depths of the sea, that is, a ray of interaction of sky and water. And all this comes, probably, from the course of the river of Eternity, from its powerful influence on all levels of physical space.
And it is seawater that begins to absorb Eternity: light shades are visible on the surface. Light colors in dark water, which is possible when painting in the gouache technique, imply just the penetration of Eternity into the depths of physical reality. And where does water “absorb” Eternity from? Either this is a reflection, as if mirroring the Eternity through the clouds, or the river of Eternity itself flows into the vast sea space, into the element of water.
Examining the picture for a long time and intently, the gaze moves from the clouds to the dark sea, to the boundary of the flow of Eternity and to the river of Eternity, shown in the picture and existing in living reality or already in my mind. This powerful Light pours into me and into my space, as if it permeates the whole body and is remembered. The Light of Eternity remains in perception, introducing some new sensations of the light fullness of cells.
If oceans, seas, rivers and lakes cover 71 percent of the surface of the entire Earth, it turns out that the information of Eternity is easily affirmed on planet Earth. But after all, as we saw in many of Grigori Grabovoi’s paintings, plants are also happy to perceive and accept Eternity. Nature helps man to realize Eternity and understand that the time of Eternity has really come for both man and everything that is on Earth. And we find all these examples and evidence in the albums of “Manifestations of Eternity” by Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi.
Let the oeuvre of the Master, who created the amazing manifestations of Eternity, which seem to be in contact with the viewer, be recognized by the general public and generally let it be in every house. And we wish His paintings good and joyful accommodation in homes and offices, where one can admire these works.
