please help!
I am going to be running a 5k (well, try to run cause I'm still out of shape). I created a page on my new favorite website crowdrise.com to help raise money for the Gesundheit Institute when I run. I have been a huge fan of what Patch Adams has been doing for years and I want to raise money for the free care clinic he's building and to raise awareness about what he does.
