I am in a food frenzy over my new Kylie Kwong book. Here. This is a FANTASTIC book and my favourite christmas present. Lots of stories as well as the recipes. Stories about organic food producers and sour dough bread makers for instance. Beautiful full page photographs of the farms and crops.

Made deep fried eggplant last night with miso, honey and ginger sauce.
Did you know ginger needs no direct sun and no wind to grow well? I have been looking into organic ginger production! It inspires me. Along with Galangal and tumeric.
Lily is with Shu. I have to really push myself to do things without her here, otherwise I just hang around and become lethargic.
