31 Days of July
This never goes well, but I'm going to try to write 31 fics in 31 days. I was unable to do something similar in May, so I've devised a game plan to help me along this time:
1). I'm not going to assign something to be finished on a particular day. I think that by writing what I want, I'll find it easier to get into what I'm writing.
2). I'm gonna start off with short pieces and longer pieces that I've already written quite a bit of. If I can get a certain amount of days in, then there will be extra incentive to finish what I've started.
3). I'm keeping it casual. In May, I tried to mix professional work in with this, and that ended up being more of a hindrance than anything else. Obviously, I'll have to keep working on that stuff at the same time, but at least this way, I won't be pressured to finish something that needs a bit of hand holding.
In that spirit, I've created a prompt table for myself. Numbers don't correspond to anything. Description and/or excerpt follows the table. I'm vaguely taking requests (i.e. you can prompt me however you like, but IDK if I'll necessarily use it). Also, in an effort to kind of get my creative juices going, I'm bringing back this old meme in case anyone is interested:

Concept: One of my 50kinkyways prompts is "brand." I don't want to have characters actually burning one another, so this is a less literal interpretation of the prompt.

Concept: I remember that this was originally written for bassetlove, although I don't remember what she wanted. However, it was abandoned in favor of writing something else. Not because I didn't like it, but because I felt like it didn't address the prompt as much as I wanted it to.
