dealing with the press...pulling nails...dead things at the Animal's
So....I went out to Colin's today. We poked around the barn, played some CS, pulled about 300 nails out of the wood we intend to use for some construction, found some sort of strange dead crature that was decomposing in one of his 4 sheds, along with a dead mouse and some dead, dried slugs. No shit, that joint has like 2 sheds, a barn, and some sort of strange summer house/barn/shed thing, I can't figure out what it was supposed to be, and Colin had no idea. Most strange. His house is rather large too, and very old. I can imagine how it would be great to live there as a kid...a big house, 4 shed things to run around in, it'd be wild.
Now, on to more pressing issues...you should all watch this video of a Syrian mercenary getting his shit ruined by an American soldier who's already wounded and lying on a stretcher! He busts out the 12 guage he carried as backup and puts that fools ass in the ground. This, folks, is why we win.

The big mystery right now is what I'll do for work. I can go bag groceries, return to pumping gas, get another restaraung job on top of the one I already have, deliver pizza... What I really need is a job doing deliveries for mafiosos, so I get like 100 dollar tips and whatnot. I need to save up at least $2500, and more like $3000 to go to St Paul with, plus some money for tires, suspension, and exaust for the car, along with misc. repairs, and some extra cash to buy lunch, pay the insurance, and get gas with. God damn, I need a second job.
Lead Pipe (my band) is going to be in a feature by the school newspaper. What ARE they thinking? Hey, we'll take it, publicity is a good thing. It's just funny, as they last several articles they've ran were on Blood and Stars and I think Taken By Infinity, a pair of pop/rock/punk/emo bands...and we're like hard rock and metal. Whatever, rock on.
