yay. Finally, we started recording some shit. We got two songs down (piledriver and programmed for violence) done pretty well...matt did some vocals, everything sounds ok. We need to touch up a few places, then do the mix down and get everything done up right. We should be done with all this shit in a week or so. Just need to scrounge up one more mic, and we're all set.
I'm still like freaking out over the whole thing, it's gonna be wicked sweet when it's done. I can't wait to pop that bitch in the CD player and let it rip...not to mention get a few sold. We need two new PA speakers, and that money has to come from somewhere.
Andrew Chandler is going to record a CD, in a real studio, of covers, so that he can send it around as a demo. This cracks me up. I think Big Ed would call him a richie. Recording a CD, without every playing a show. That's whack. Good luck to him anyway.
