THE Sweater.
THE Sweater is the name I've given to Craig's navy blue monstronsity. It' s huge people, and I got gauge and everything. Craig just really thinks he's that big. *shakes head*
So, I've finished the front and the back, except for sewing the shoulder seams and the turtle neck part, and I'm working on the first sleeve. But I'm so sick of trying to increase on that sleeve and keep track of my pattern that I've given it over for the meantime to work on
loopyzany's sock. You saw the first one, way back, and it's sewed up, she's tried it on, it's just a tad too big in the toe, but still fits enough to count. So, I'm making the second one the same way, and if I ever make her socks again, I know to make it a 1/4 inch smaller.
Yes, I am purposely distracting myself with one knitting project from another. And yes, I feel no shame. I can honestly say I hate THE Sweater, and I can't wait to be finished with it. I will NEVER knit the pattern again. Ever. Okay, if that was the only thing I could ever knit for the rest of my life, I would, but that's a pretty extreme situation. Moving on.
