Evil mean technology
ARGH! Why!!! Okay, this is like the fourth time in a year that I have had to dish out money on this piece of @^*&#()%))*( that masquerades as a computer. It's taken me about a month to finally get about everything that was backed-up back up onto my computer. (Does that sentence even make sense?) I just spent another $50 at Walmart on miscellaneous cpu stuff like new mouse pad, compute screen wipes, air dust, cd drive cleaner. Does it never end?
So, I have no computer problems per se, but I for the last week and a half have been plagued by internet connectivity issues. And of course my connections choose to drop right in the middle of financial transactions, medical transactions and not to mention important private forum chat transactions. I've been pulling at my hair, kicking my tower, leaving increasing cold and nasty vmails to my service provider especially as they never showed up and didn't even call to explain why they didn't show up. Finally at the very least I got this month credited back to me but jeez I'm still irked at them. I was using earthlink dialup and was amazed at how spoiled I have become in being used to the speed of cable. Just yesterday got my precious cable speed roadrunner back. Toasts cable with rose wine,
