After a few more days of travelling - travelling that seemed pointless. The forest was vast; how could one find anything here? But just as we were about to give up the search, we'd found what we hoped was what we'd been searching for: A structure of some sort.

Lir, I sense Keely inside it.

Yes; she's in there, but she's been hurt.

How do you propose we get in there? It seems to be heavily guarded... They must be expecting something to happen...

I think it is yet possible to break through their defences... "How" is another story...

The horses these people use seem to be a lot different than the ones that you look like when you're a horse... Perhaps if we were to chase the ones they have; create a stampede... Risky, but doable...

But if I look different than their horses, wouldn't that create more of a distraction? They'd want to catch the foreign horse...

Possibly; but wouldn't they want to add you to their stables, rather than chase you off?

It would still create a diversion. And even if they stabled me, I could escape in elf or fox form.

Agreed. It must be done. But perhaps if one of us were to chase you, it might create a stampede. Or do you wish to do it without either of us tailing you?

I would advise against it, lir; you could be seriously hurt if you did... I don't want to lose you - not here in this strange land...
