Hey Lauren,
Basically, the first half of this summer consisted of nonstop (choral) music. The second half began with 2 weeks of nonstop family on the Cape. Now I'm CITing at this camp at North, which provides lots of air-conditioned entertainment. Yay. But I'm sort of getting fed up with summer. Much as I dread the amount of stress that could come with sophomore honors English, I'm really looking forward to next year's chorus-filled-ness.
In other news, Ethan has so far been offered financial aid of 1/5 of the full American Boychoir tuition. It's still way too expensive, so we told them he couldn't go. But apparently they really want him, and my mom thinks they'll offer more. Cross your fingers if you care.
And I cleaned my room last night. Like, really cleaned, instead of just stuffing things in drawers. So that's exciting.
