Earthquake!
Last Thursday, I was woken up at 5:19 in the morning b/c my bed was shaking! It was an earthquake! It took me a second to figure this out but when I did...I was frozen! I should gotten up and taken Ady and myself outside. But I just layed there thinking oh my god...oh my god...
I've been told that most of the time, you can't actually hear an earthquake. We HEARD this one! We could hear everything grumbling and rumbling. It seemed to have lasted a long time.
When I went to work that morning everyone was talking about it. It measured 4.89 on the richter scale, was 10 miles long, and orginated 16 miles below the surface. Normally, earthquakes originate at least 60 miles below the surface!!!
In other news....
Ady is a doll..still. She is obsessed with baby einstein now. Drives me nuts!! I took her paci away from her and she is doing very good without it.
My mom and my aunt will arrive here Friday night and I can't wait! I'm so ready for a break from work and ready to see my momma. We have so much planned I dont see how we will get it all done.
I have found a new band that I am in love with!! marty casey and lovehammers. they are from chicago. I just got their cd and I can't stop listening to it!! Trees and casulity are my favorite songs.
