Okay, so here's the deal I made it about a week or two ago, but I haven't gone around to starting it up and everything. the4houses gave me the idea of giving prefedentials to the first how many members, so I had something to start with.
I need head of houses.
My friend Sam samxbam wants to be a head, but I can't remember what house she wants to run so just tell which one you want to run and once I get her thing I tell everyone else.
I need:
Head of Gryffindor
Head of Ravenclaw
Head of Slytherin
Head of Hufflepuff
Headgirl
Headboy? (boys using don't do this sort of thing so I'm not sure)
&& two prefects per house.
Duties:
Heads will run their house communities. They will make sure that all announcements are annouced, and if they can't they will tell one of the prefects to do it. Then need to make sure everything organized.
Headgirl/Headboy: They will be in charge of stamping if the Headmistress (aka me) cannot do it. They will make sure the member's list is up to date, and will be in charge of questions and complaints. They will also look if someone is on the verge of being banned for something. I will always be notified of everything, they just have to act on it.
Prefects: They'll do things (announcements, in house contests, etc.) if the Head of House cannot attend to matters. And they will report indececy and such to the Head of house, who informs the headgirl/headboy who will inform me.
