i don't know about the report though. i mean, if they didn't mention why she was being booked, people would ask more questions. that kind of detail is supposed to be included in a recount of the events. it's not relevant in terms of justifying the cops attack but if they didn't say anything, people might wonder if she DID do something to justify the attack. not like that's possible but i think we all know that people are fucking idiots. and i would imagine they've tried to make the definition as uncomplicated as possible because it's aimed at complete fools. i mean, if you're stupid enough not to know what transgendered means in the first place, you'll doubtful be able to understand a complete definition of the psychological considerations involved in making that transition.
people are idiots.
