(no subject)
Well, over the last week or so I've started about 5 posts but always manage not to actually post them for various reasons.
SO! The fish saga:
Fishy was SO not happy two Friday's ago, I was expecting to look over at any moment and find him dead. So Shelley took him home and had to buy him a bigger tank. I feel aweful, she ended up having to pay to keep her own birthday present. *shakes head*. However, she seemed happy and Pineapple is still alive!!
Talking about pressies...I had my late birthday today! Elizabeth and mum came home on Wednesday, I was so mega excited. And so today we had my birthday. What can I say apart from I am so spoilt! I swear they bought the entirety of America for me!! And Elizabeth bought me the movie Prison which is like a B grade (or D grade really) 80's horror movie that isn't even in print anymore. But I has Viggo! And although I know it's going to be the worst movie in the history of mankind (apart from Freddy Kruger of course, that was the worst movie on earth, even a dog could act better than those retards, I apologise Johnny Depp but you SUCKED) I have been looking for it non-stop for the last two years. So FINALLY I can stop scouring every rental and video store for Prison. No more 'P' section hopeful looking for me. YAY! Ha! I feel like Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen which is a strange thing to feel but Elizabeth and Mum bought me one of those 'I...*heart*...NY' T-shirts. Can you do real hearts on LJ??? Anyway, like what the Olsen's wore in New York Moment/Minute (can never remember the name). So yeah, wearing that all day!!
Ngech, i have a cold which has managed to block my ears and I have to keep popping them and it's driving me NUTS. NUTS I SAY!
My last day of practical work was on Friday at uni. And my radioactive work actually worked. *dies of shock*. And hopefully I still am fertile, although I'm not counting on it too much. Note to self: look up adoption clinic to make up for fried ovaries...
So now 3 weeks of thesis writing, 2 weeks of oral giving and oral exams. WOw, just re-read that! I didn't mean oral giving...you know what I mean!! That is going to be a killer!!!

ALEXIA:::::Where are you woman?? I mean, I've rung your house and even popped over...kidding...obviously in Japan...okay, back to the whole idea of this. Talk to us! How is work going? How's your Japanese going? Have you found any vending machines with dirty underwear yet? You HAVE to eat fish and chips from a vending machine for me. What age people are you teaching? Have you eaten a cabbage yet? When was the last time you brushed your teeth? Oh yeah, drink 400 grape fantas for me. (And feel free to flout customs and send me one!!!)
Okay, I'm slightly hyperactive due to eating the rest of the chocolates we made at Linda's today (my family were very impressed with our skills!) and the mound of presents on my table.
Oh, Amie. I can't work one of my presents because I suck, so I'm bringing it to the dark alley way tomorrow and will poke you until you make it word. Yes, word. Or even, if I'm very lucky, work!
Furby says hello to all. And I'm a sucker. I love that if you hold them upside down they say 'don't drop me'. But I tried to hold him upside down to make him say it but he got so scared I gave up and hugged him and fed him instead! My sister is fascinated with him as well...
