Hey camels!!
I'm at uni, today's fun, long though...
It was Shelley's birthday on Saturday, my sister's on Monday, Holly's on Wednesday, little Michael's party Friday and Kristy's party Saturday. *phew*. I'm birthdayed out and mine's coming up!!! So anyway, Elizabeth liked my present *dies of relief*. I bought her a wooden photo album from America engraved for her American trip.
I'm listening to Mika. He's SO good, I love his music! I've been obsessed in scissors today, I nearly shredded a result I got because I got busy slicing up the sides. Whoops!!
Anyway, the point of my story is that on Wednesday the lab (25 of us) went out for Shelley and Holly's birthday. We went to the Moroccan Soup Bar in North Fitzroy. SO yummy, it's a vegan place and I was introduced to the world of eating things that you don't know what they are. I ate chickpeas like a pro!! I was so proud.
Then afterwards about half of us went to Strike Bowling opposite Melbourne Central. We split up into two lanes and I won in my lane, yay!! I beat Bernard (my supervisor). I was immensely proud!!
Then we went to Max Brenner (the chocolate place) and had drinks. It was the most fantastic night, I laughed so hard my cheeks were seriously hurting. Bernard was halirious, Mia was funny (I'm on and off as to whether I like her or not), Amera was fantastic, she's so open and has no self consciousness, it's so refreshing.
Anyway, worked Friday, going out tonight for little Michael's birthday (which isn't actually until next Friday but we're celebrating now because it's the only time we can all get together). I think I told you that the weekend in Bendigo rocked?
Kristy's party tomorrow, I'm so excited because I have the week off orchestra anyway so I don't have to miss it to go to her party. And of course I'm excited about the party. Now I'm listening to Enya, nothing better than Enya!
Got some good results at uni today, things are progressing again after a bit of a hiatus so that's fantastic.
Okies, off my sister's house to phagocyte Michael. CHOW!!!
