Mrrr... I think our consumer society sucks and pits customers and employees against each other, and instead of paying for service--fair exchange, no?--there's this extra arbitrary factor: customer service, that seems to make customers think they are justified treating employees like... stuff... and they should endure it with a smile on their face, because it is bad customer service otherwise. I gotta say, wtf's up with that?
