Tour de Belgium

Today I spent all day at the coast with Kris. He is such a genuinely good person and great company! We drove there in his car which was so nice not to be on a bus or a train for a change. The sun was out for the first part of the day and it was just so beautiful. We went to the town DePanne and walked on the beach and the sand dunes. We could have walked to France, but as per usual in Belgium, it was way too cold. Then we went to his hometown of Ostende and walked around a Christmas market and got crepes with Nutella and then went to the shore again (by this time it is dark) and walked out onto this huge pier. Seriously, it was so cold that I felt my brain freezing inside my skull! To defrost we went and got a beer at this place that had like 600 different kinds of beers. I got a peach beer because it tastes more like juice than beer and it is delish!

Yesterday I spent almost 10 hours in the printlab! I learned how to do etchings and I was wayyyy stoked on them! So other than some life lessons, I have also learned a new printing technique here! What up education?
