I came back to San Diego last night, and my trunk/car is still not unloaded. I left home at 12:30pm, and arrived in San Diego around 8:00pm. I had stops, summarized below:

*Bought gas: Gas near my parents house was welllllll below $2.00. YAY.

*Drove to the Pasadena Apple Store: I parked on the top level of the Delacey structure, and ran (in the cutest matching track suit EVER) to the bottom of the structures down the many flights of stairs and then to the Apple Store. On my sprint to the store, I ran into two people, one from high school (Emily Holl) and one from elementary school (Vincent Morris), very interesting. It was good they saw me running, cos they didn't try to talk long. I then ran right into the store, picked out the black iTrip (to match the black iPod Ben gave to me) and a car charger for it (WOOO). I purchased the two items, then ran all the way back to the structure and up the flights up stairs, to my car.

*Drove to Gian's house: While driving to Monterey Park, I am singing and dancing in my car to "Mega 92.3" my favorte station, like 92.5 in San Diego. all old school and R&B. So at any rate, I knew I hade to make about 34348300 stops before getting back to San Diego, so I tried to just relax and not worry, and Mega was really helping me. In any case, a man drives up next to me and looks over and I can feel him looking, and I feel slightly embarrassed that I was caught in the act of singing "Turn off the lights" by Teddy Pendergrass at FULL VOLUME. He smiles like, "Ha, young white girl, I see you singing the Teddy..." He drives through the next light, and I wait, being more of a cautious driver :) And I think nothing of him, UNTIL I go through the light he is parked over at the side of the road, and he pulls back onto the road right after me. So now I'm feeling a bit odd, so I keep driving trying to pretend like I don't notice him driving next to me...I change radio stations (or pretend to), look intent on paying attention to the road, etc. So for some miles, he follows me, and eventually I pull up at a light with a car in front of me, and he pulls into a left turn lane as the first car (so I think I'm safe), but NO...he stops short of the line, and stops next to me, and waves madly. I look over and he is shaking his cell phone saying, "Can I get your number?". So being the quick thinker I am (HA!), I flip a gold banded ring around and show it to him on my hand like, "Sorry I'm married," even though...it was on my right hand, and he totally didn't notice. PHEW. So I waved and drove away.

I retured Gian's hard drive to him, and then saw his two new German Shepherd puppies (Cash and Tango). He helped me set up my iTrip and then he surprised me with the Talking Heads album "Naked" on RED VINYL. SHWABOOSH!

*Drove to Aunt and Uncle's house in Claremont: Claremont is not close to Monterey Park. I visited with my aunt who is basically bedridden due to a huge back surgery. I was expecting that invalid ho to make me some lunch, but she didn't and so I was starved to death cos I had a small bowl of cereal at 7:30AM that morning and it was past 4:00pm. (writing credits of last line--DEVIN KELLY). So, after visiting and talking extensively about Mini coopers, I left!

*Drove to Kristen's: Wow, I am getting tired writing all this. So, drove from Claremont to Fullerton, chilled with her boyfriend Kenny for a spell, then ate a sandwich and visited with Kristen. We exchanged gifts, and hers to me were the BOMBBBBBB.

*Drove to Emily's: She was not home, but I gave her baked goods nonetheless :) Hooty hoo on the Che shirt she gave me!

*Was going to drive to Devin's: He was not home, but called me shortly after passing his house on the freeway. Que lastima. :(

*Drove to San Diego: Ben met me at my house with Phil's BBQ, but...I wasn't hungry for it...weird...I know. So we chilled out and watched Drop Dead Gorgeous.
