I picked up some plastic wood fence planks. It is weird stuff, but almost entirely weather proof. I thought I would give it a try, see how well it cuts and such. If it works well it would be a great material to use in yard props. It is not structural though. So I would still need a pressure-treat or metal frame.
I will try making some little boxes with it and see how that goes.
I wonder how it might carve on the CNC? Probably not to well, but worth trying :)
I also want to try out that silver clay stuff. See how well it works. See if I can use it in a push mold. That would be cool.
I also want to play around more with silver plumber solder casting. Not the best material, but cheep and available. Maybe some buttons or zipper pulls? CNC some wax shapes and see how well they cast with whatever I can rig up.
Not to mention all the props I need to repair and rebuild.
