Mask
The mask is coming along well.
I filled in the ear holes and the back edge.
The new bondo on the back edge kept chipping off so I resin and fiber reinforced it, adding more weight and thickness to the inside. :/ But I am planing on using it as a mold master only at this point so it doesn't matter.
I think 2 more afternoons of sanding and painting will do it for the main head. :)
Note to self, order up some mold supplies today.
In the future if I have to extend or patch like this I think I will try eater the apoxi sculpt (My order has not come in yet) or the fiber filled bondo repair. That stuff sets like iron, but is a pain to sand.
The jaw and ears still need a lot of work.
The first jaw is really warped out of shape. I think I will be better off just making a new one from scratch.
