Mask update
Working on the mask.
I have made good progress. :)
Bondo, primer, sand, repeat.
I smoothed out the inside of the shell a bit. Thought I can't power sand too well in the tight concave areas. I think I need to try my dremel with a sanding drum. Or a bowl sander for a drill, if I can track one down.
I am working on the jaw and ears. I have them roughly puttied up now. A couple more evenings should have them done as well.
I debated attaching the ears before making a mold.
After thinking about it, I will mold it with the ears separate and attach them after casting.
This way the mold will be a much simpler shape and I can very the ears on the final mask if I want. I can always recast it with ears attached later.
So I will fill in and smooth over the ear holes, I may extend the back edge of the mask a bit as well.
