Water heater is kapoot
The pilot will not stay lit after the water hear finish a cycle. Probably the thermocouple or the safety valve assembly. So time for a new one.
It is a 50 gallon tank, with a (expired) 10 year guarantee.
We are going to replace it with a on demand heater. Smaller and more efficient. I just need to figure out what size to get. :/
I want to be able to run the dishwasher and washing machine at the same time (I do this a lot)
The extra space will become the vacuum cleaner closet :)
