No hot water?
Water heater pilot light went out yesterday. !? - I got it re-lit easily enough.
But it was out again this morning!
I cleaned the pilot burner with a brush - it was crusty with ash. I noticed the whole gas burner assembly was shoved in about a 1/2 inch and the thermocouple wire was pressing against the housing.
Hu? I have no idea how that could have happened, or if that made any difference.
I shoved things back into aliment the best I could and made sure the thermocouple wire was not touching anything. Hopefully that will fix it. Otherwise I may be getting a new water heater :/
