I was late this morning to work and was not there to set up for a VIP event. Stuff worked out ok, but people were freaked. :(
My boss... could care less. But it looks really bad on me. :/
I am going to talk to my boss about officially changing our office hours. We open at 7:30... and people start showing up FREAKED out at 6:45. I have tried to fight it for years. But it just isn't going to change.
Why was I late? I overslept by 5 min. (yeah 5 min)
And woke up to a lake of cat urine. At least 2 different sources (2 cats, same cat twice?) One looked like a "oops" (the cats have bad aim sometimes) the other, was not even close. (Maybe it didn't want to walk through the puddle to get to the box?)
Cleaning this up distracted me and I forgot I needed to be in extra early, until it was too late.
